Terms of Service

By commissioning you agree to all the terms stated below.
Please read everything here carefully to avoid any confusion!

My commissions are not first come first serve, I'll pick the commission I'll draw based on how well I think I can.

General
--------I have the right to decline any commission I don't want to do, whether it makes me uncomfortable, or I don't think I can draw itYou must provide a reference of the character(s) you want drawn, I will not work from descriptionsThe complexity of the commission may make it cost extra! This will be discussed before I start the commission, so you'll know before you pay.-----------------------
Use
--------Any work commissioned from me is for personal/private use only.
I reserve all rights to my work; do not use my art for commercial purposes.You may not edit my art significantly (changing the expression, etc), you can add minor edits however (overlays, sparkles, etc)you may use my art as icons, banners, etc anywhere with proper credit
^{➞(putting "icon/banner: @funfettikatz" in your bio is good!)}you may not make merch of my art or otherwise resell it
^{➞(reselling allowed IF you are selling the character it is attatched to!)}you do NOT have the right to mint / sell my art for NFT / cryptocurrency. Nor do you have the right to use my art for AI related purposes.-----------------------
Payment
--------100% payment upfrontI take payment via Ko-Fi and Paypal (cashapp possible)! I can not yet do invoices, so I apologize if that's an issue! Please DM me on twitter or tumblr to request a commission / talk prices.DO NOT CHARGEBACK! I am not in a place where I can accept refunds, so please only commission if you are sure you have enough money.

Process + Completion
--------Finished commissions can take anywhere from 7 days to 3 months
^{➞(I will not accept commissions with a set "due date")}Please be patient if any emergencies or situations come up in my life that effect the completion of your piece.If I have multiple commissions to get to, yours will be added to the queue and I will get to them in the order they were requestedCommissions will take longer if you don't give me a pose / idea, as I'll have to think of something, so provide reference when possible!

Even if it's just stick figures!)}I will send a wip once the sketch is complete and you may suggest changesThe only changes i will make after a piece is complete are coloring/marking mistakes/touchups or simple effectsIf you would like to avoid compression from websites, I can email you the finished piece, or send it on discord ^__^ please ask if you'd like thatI will ask if I'm allowed to post your art and tag you, feel free to say no, or ask to be anonymous !!-----------------------If you have any questions, please just ask! :D
